These materials are educational tools only. They do not guarantee compliance with Head Start Program Performance Standards, federal law, state law, tribal requirements, licensing rules, grant conditions, monitoring expectations, funding requirements, or local program policies.

16. Training and Certificate Disclaimer
Completion of a Nurturing Voices training, quiz, lesson, video, written lesson, or certificate process does not guarantee competency, certification, licensure, compliance, employment qualification, regulatory approval, or successful monitoring outcomes.
Any certificate issued by Nurturing Voices confirms participation or completion of a specific educational activity only, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Employers, programs, and organizations remain responsible for determining whether a training meets their requirements and for verifying staff competency.
17. Medical and Safety Training Disclaimer
Some trainings may discuss sensitive or safety-related topics such as medication administration, insulin, allergies, CPR/first aid, safe sleep, child abuse reporting, emergency preparedness, infection control, universal precautions, transportation safety, hazardous materials, or emergency response.
These materials are not a substitute for hands-on training, competency validation, state-required certification, professional licensure, emergency protocols, program policies, manufacturer instructions, medical orders, or individualized care plans.

20. Subscription Terms and Manual Renewal
Some Nurturing Voices products may be offered as subscriptions, including digital libraries, training access, membership access, institutional training packages, staff wellness resources, parent health literacy resources, and other digital or educational content.
Unless a written agreement states otherwise, subscriptions do not automatically renew. Subscription access will expire at the end of the purchased subscription term unless the customer chooses to renew manually.
Before the subscription expires, Nurturing Voices may send reminder communications about renewal options, pricing, access expiration, or continued service availability. These reminders are provided as a courtesy and do not create an automatic renewal, automatic charge, or continuing payment obligation.
To continue access after the subscription term ends, the customer must affirmatively approve a renewal, request a new invoice, or otherwise complete the renewal process provided by Nurturing Voices.
If a subscription is not renewed before the expiration date, access to the related digital products, training materials, membership portal, videos, downloads, resources, or other subscription-based content may end.
21. Multi-Year Subscriptions
Nurturing Voices may offer multi-year subscriptions, including three-year institutional subscriptions. Unless a written agreement states otherwise, multi-year subscriptions are non-cancellable during the purchased subscription term. Customers remain responsible for the full subscription term approved in the invoice, proposal, purchase order, or written agreement. At the end of the subscription term, the subscription will expire unless renewed manually by the customer. Nurturing Voices will not automatically renew the subscription or automatically charge the customer for a new term.
