Nurturing Voices creates educational materials for adults who care for, teach, or support preschool children. Some materials are designed for children to enjoy with adult supervision, such as audiobooks and songs.

This Children’s Privacy Notice explains our approach to children’s privacy.

2. Adult-Directed Website

Our website is intended for adults. Children should not create accounts, submit forms, request pricing, sign up for emails, complete quizzes, purchase products, or contact us through the website.

3. Children’s Independent Use of Audio Materials

Children may listen to audiobooks or songs when an adult provides access. These materials may allow a child to press play and listen as narration begins or pages turn automatically.

This child-facing use is intended to occur under adult supervision and does not require children to submit personal information.

4. No Knowing Collection from Children Under 13

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

Phone numbers
Photos
Videos
Health information
Screening results
Messages
Quiz answers
Location information
School or program details

5. Parent and Program Responsibility

Parents, guardians, teachers, and programs are responsible for supervising children’s use of Nurturing Voices materials and ensuring that children do not submit personal information.

6. If a Child Submits Information

If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
